Build Fundamental Skills and Technique

Students learn foundation body work technique and fundamental skills including building flexibility and strength, mastering individual body difficulties, dance sequences and apparatus handling with ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs, rope and freehand.

Students learn how to combine body expression, music interpretation, dance styles, apparatus difficulties, risk throws with dynamic elements of rotation in routines choreographed for each individual athlete according to their strengths.
